British energy smart has a really good reputation for being friendly and really helpful when in need, not like my previous experience with British gas who were a monopoly a few years back and so just charged the highest price possible while being rude and there was nothing you could do about it because they were the only ones offering that service.
Nowadays it is a bit different and there are many companies to choose from when you are looking for gas cover. Due to so many competitors arriving British gas has had to change a lot over the past few years, but some people don’t forget the past and I am one of those people. This is why I will never go to British gas, unless they pay me loads of money and kiss my feet.
